TBI announced that Jonny Lympus has joined the company as Inbound Channel Manager dedicated growing TBI’s National Referral Program. The program enables companies seeking new revenue streams through technology solutions to transfer referrals to TBI’s Omni Center for management of contact to close.
Jonny brings to TBI 17 years’ experience in business development, project management, and sales enablement leadership roles. Prior to joining TBI, he spent the majority of his career in the BPO space with his most recent role as Vice President of Business Development at Mass Markets. During his tenure, Jonny was influential in improving performance and productivity of 700+ sales and 40+ managerial personnel, increasing the teams’ efficiencies by 40%. He successfully developed a new sales process and compensation plan to improve clients ‘share of wallet’, resulting in 17% increase in agent retention. Throughout his career, Jonny has managed several domestic call centers, leading various acquisition, retention, chat and fulfillment campaigns.
As an Inbound Channel Manager, Jonny is dedicated to the growth and expansion of TBI’s National Referral Program. He’ll serve as a primary resource to businesses that want to monetize existing online and lead traffic focused on business connectivity, voice and cloud solutions.

Jonny graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing. He has earned many top performer awards including #1 CenturyLink B2C call center for revenue per call, APAC Customer Services key contributor and #1 Site for AT&T VCTG B2B U-verse, wireless and SOAR. He resides in Iowa with his wife and three daughters and houses an equestrian therapy organization for children with special needs, autism and disabilities. When not in the office, Jonny enjoys spending time in Iowa’s great outdoors and coaching softball.
