IT management platform provider Continuum has announced a new integration with Accelo, a Professional Service Automation (PSA) platform with CRM, project management, and service and billing cloud-based software. This integration gives Continuum’s MSP partners the option to adopt a fully synchronized workflow by combining Continuum’s technical tools for MSPs with Accelo’s business tools.

Continuum has released public ticketing APIs that support MSPs’ critical ticket workflow needs. The APIs are designed to allow bi-directional updates so that the ticket information is synchronized between PSA and Continuum at all times.†
