Jenne Enhances Its Marketing Pro Web Portal for Resellers

Through its Web Portal, the distributor now makes custom email campaigns available to its reseller partners.

Jenne Inc., an Avon, Ohio-based distributor of IP telephony, audio and video conferencing, unified communications, and security technology products, has enhanced its Jenne Marketing Pro (JMP) Web portal.

JMP’s Custom Link Email Campaigns enable resellers to determine where to direct their prospects for more information on a product or solution, adding an additional feature that they can customize with their company information. In addition, JMP has expanded the available metrics on reports to reflect the number of times and the dates a prospect has responded; it also tracks link clicks within some of the campaigns.

Working with and on behalf of its vendor partners, Jenne has created turnkey marketing campaigns that resellers can customize with their logos and contact information. Data lists can be uploaded into JMP or a reseller can choose to shop for and purchase a list through the portal.

Once the campaign is customized, a reseller can proceed to checkout and the campaign is executed on the company’s behalf. Reports are accessible in real-time so VARs can check the status of their campaigns, including open rates, click-throughs, and opt-outs for email and pURL campaigns.

The pURL campaigns help resellers reach specific customers or prospects with customized, targeted messages. Each piece of the campaign is personalized, including a call-to-action incentive that drives prospects to a Web address personalized with their name. Email campaigns are likewise customized.

According to the distributor the average open rates for emails across all campaigns are about 20 percent, or 10 to 15 points higher than average marketing email open rates. Opt-out rates are below 2 percent across all campaigns on the site.
