Avaya Intros Its IP Office Contact Center

Hitting the channel in February, the solution enables voice, email, and chat capabilities for contact centers with five to 100 agents.

Collaboration and communications solutions developer Avaya announced its IP Office Contact Center today, touting the goal of bringing “affordable, multichannel contact center functionality to midsize businesses.”

The solution enables voice, email, and chat capabilities for contact centers with five to 100 agents. It designed to be “flexible and easy to use, maintain, and administer,” according to a press release submitted to ChannelPro-SMB.

“Avaya IP Office Contact Center enables Avaya Connect channel partners to sell more complete solutions to a broader group of customers,” the press release states.

SMBs with smaller budgets and limited IT resources have traditionally been challenged to find multichannel contact center solutions that fit their needs for affordability and low-risk integration with ease of deployment and management. With Avaya IP Office Contact Center, SMBs can now effectively manage inbound and outbound multichannel customer interactions.
