Remote monitoring and management (RMM) solutions provider Level Platforms can add managed print and device discovery capabilities to its Managed Workplace platform now that it has established a strategic integration partnership with DOCUWISE LLC.
Through the integration with DOCUWISE, Managed Workplace enables MSPs to manage “the entire print management ecosystem,” according to a Level Platforms press release submitted to ChannelPro-SMB. Via a single dashboard, print features can be monitored. These features include remote control, automated delivery of firmware updates, and local print server and network management.
“MSPs can deliver deep remote management and diagnostics of printer fleets while broadening their offering by automating supply ordering, printer maintenance, and remediation via DOCUWISE turn-key white label fulfillment services,” states the Level Platforms release.
“The document output environment is one of the most expensive aspects of day-to-day operations for small and medium sized businesses, meaning managing printers, copiers and consumables is a key opportunity for MSPs to expand services offering for existing and new clients,” says DOCUWISE CEO Ron Harris.
