Datto Inc., an award-winning provider of hardware based on- and off-site backup, disaster recovery (BDR) and intelligent business continuity(IBC) solutions, announced a deep product integration with Level Platforms Managed Workplace remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform.
All Datto Partners can now access a Datto Service Module that is available though Level Platforms Managed Workplace Update Center. The integration will allow Datto Partners to fully manage the status, category and priority of Datto devices and alerts through the Managed Workplace dashboard.
In addition, the Datto Service Module will provide detailed information on the status of off-site backups, smart device status and backup device configuration, as well as a remote connection directly to the Datto console. This integration will allow MSPs to simplify the management of Datto devices and allow them to deliver an improved end-user experience to customers.

Datto currently has product integrations with Professional Services Automation (PSA) providers AutoTask and Connectwise and also RMM provider, Kaseya. Datto plans to continue developing and releasing technology integrations with channel vendors throughout the year.
