The PathSolutions VoIP Monitor with the ShoreTel connector helps identify poor quality calls in the ShoreTel CDR database and correlate those calls with network conditions at the time of the call. Emailed alerts can be sent to the administrator if poor qualify calls occur, who can then pinpoint the location and anomaly in the network.
