N-able Technologies, a remote monitoring and management software provider, is now offering Policy Manager, a suite of tools designed to make comparing and reporting on Group Policy Object (GPO) settings more efficient.
Working with Microsoft Windows, GPOs offer management and configuration of operating systems, applications, and users’ settings in Active Directory or local environment. But these GPOs require ongoing monitoring and maintenance, a tedious and inefficient task when performed manually.
Designed for MSPs and IT managers, the new Policy Manager helps prevent group policy inconsistencies, as well as potential security weaknesses and other flaws that can negative impact network uptime. GPO Compare and GPO Exporter allow for comparing and exporting of GPO settings to Excel. These tools are designed to simplify the management and consolidation of group policies, making the MSPs job significantly easier.
