Tripolis Solutions, a Netherlands-based email marketing company, will be offering Tripolis Pixylon, a next-generation real-time email software. Pixylon personalizes messages by tailoring email and its images to the reader’s preferences, location, and time of reading. Touted by CEO Joost Nienhuis as “the new way of emailing, email 3.0,” Pixylon adjusts to the user’s device, be it a smart phone, PC or tablet computer.
Applications of the technology are varied, including:
- Countdown†mechanism†depending†on the availability of†tickets†for†an†event and†the†ability†to†offer†real-time†changes when tickets run out of stock
- Track†and†trace an online order†and read†the status†of†the order and its location, as well as estimated time of arrival
- Automated†A/B tests and†multivariation†testing
- Flash sales auctions with relevant ads appearing in real-time
Pixylon will be available worldwide directly and through the Tripolis channel at the end of the first quarter of 2011.
