Ingram Micro to Distribute Scale Computing StorageNodes
A new distribution agreement makes Scale’s midmarket storage solutions available to partners in the channel.
Clustered storage maker Scale Computing has struck a distribution agreement with Ingram Micro Inc. According to the agreement, Ingram Micro will make Scale Computing’s midmarket storage solutions available to partners in the channel.
To help spark channel sales through Ingram Micro, Scale is offering a spiff of up to $1,000 per net-new customer signed in Q4 2010. Details of the perk for VARs is available through an Ingram Micro representative.
Scale’s latest product, the N05 StorageNode, offers 1.5 TB of storage capacity and features the company’s Intelligent Clustered Storage (ICS) technology. With a price point of $7,500, the N05 combines low price and high performance to best serve the virtualization, archiving, and overall storage needs of SMBs.
