eFax Introduces Its Latest Enhancements
The enhancements, branded as eFax Next, include mobility and security features as well as new product integrations.
Online fax service provider eFax, a service of j2 Global Communications Inc., has begun introducing its latest suite of document management solutions to the channel.
eFax offers individual, corporate, and back-office online fax services. The latest introductions are part of an eFax Next initiative. The company says the new service enhancements will “make it easier to manage faxed documents throughout their life cycle.”
Some of these enhancements include:
- Mobility solutions that provide fax and document management capabilities on the move
- Enhanced security features to privacy and regulatory issues
- Product integrations that add the eFax feature set to popular hardware and software products
eFax Next was preceded by the release of two unique document storage and retrieval features:
- Lifetime Storage–This is a private, unlimited archive of faxes, kept for the life of the account, providing online backup of valuable documents.
- Searchable Fax–This enables customers to search their archive using content keywords or user-generated tags. †
