Virtual Administrator to Offer Kaseya’s Cloud-Based Services
The hosted IT services provider joined the Kaseya On Demand Partner Program this month, and it will now promote Kaseya’s cloud-based systems management tools.
Hosted IT services provider Virtual Administrator is now a member of Kaseya’s Kaseya On Demand Partner Program. As such, Virtual Administrator will now promote and market Kaseya’s cloud-based IT systems management tools along with the managed services software.
Kaseya’s cloud-based solutions are offered under a pay-as-you go pricing model. The offerings include hosted applications, access to data center experts, an uptime commitment backed by a service level agreement, and a customer portal for billing and support.
“For over two years, Virtual Administrator has brought Kaseya’s first generation of software to hundreds of growing IT companies around the world,” says Virtual Administrator Chris Amori. “We are thrilled to be an inaugural partner of Kaseya’s cloud offering, and to be able to introduce our partners to the power and flexibility of Kaseya’s next generation of management software.”
Amori adds, “Kaseya’s cloud platform, together with the new aggressive pricing and Virtual Administrator’s proven on-boarding/training process, will be an unbeatable combination in the Remote Management and Monitoring tool industry.”
For Kaseya’s part, company executive vice president of strategy and product marketing Jim Alves cites Virtual Administrator’s reputation in the channel as a motivation factor in the new partnership. “We’re excited to further strengthen our relationship with the introduction of our new cloud-based IT systems management tools,” he says.
