Small-form computer manufacturer AOpen has introduced its Digital Engine DE7000. The performance device promises to adapt nVIDIA MCP7ALP for Intel Core 2 Duo processors. It also equips an HDMI Interface port with HDCP (High bandwidth Content Protection) for full HD contents.
Indeed, with Intel’s latest Core 2 Duo processor (with 667/800/1066 MHz FSB) and nVIDIA ION technology, the AOpen Digital Engine DE7000 performs full HD video hardware decoding and playback.
The nVIDIA ION is DX10 compatible and supports hardware anti-aliasing. “It is perfect for high-demand local render players,” says AOpen in a press release to EH Publishing.
AOpen’s DE7000 also supports up to 4G B DDRIII 800/1066/1333 MHz memory, 1 Gb LAN, and HD Audio output.
The DE7000 is compact (166 mm in height, 164 mm in length, and 4860 mm in width), and it supports the latest Microsoft Windows 7 OS.
Additionally, its nVIDIA PureVideo HD technology is suitable for high-quality hardware H.264, VC-1, WMV-HD and MPEG4-HD decoding.
†”The DE7000 supports Dual Display with combinations of HDMI and VGA,” states AOpen in the press release. “These features allow you to set up a dual screen system without any modifications.”
