Tigerpaw Launches Journal Connect for Microsoft Outlook
Now emails in Outlook are automatically logged in Tigerpaw journal notes.
Tigerpaw Software, Inc., a developer of business building software for technology providers, has released Journal Connect for Outlook. Integrating Microsoft Outlook email into a client’s historical notes in Tigerpaw enables customers to store and view a history of Outlook email correspondence for clients and prospects.
Tigerpaw is an all-in-one business software system that integrates contact management, sales/marketing automation, service management, purchasing, and inventory control. A CRM contact management system provides account management, scheduling, customer history and notes, and management of tasks with Outlook synchronization.
As emails come into Microsoft Outlook, Tigerpaw’s Journal Connect for Outlook searches for the email address in Tigerpaw and matches it to the appropriate account, automatically adding the email body and its contents to the journal notes in Tigerpaw. The same process occurs when emails are sent out of Outlook, so that all email correspondence ends up in the journal notes, making it easier to track client and prospect correspondence-regardless of what is done with the original emails.
Journal Connect for Outlook is available now at no charge to Tigerpaw customers on Tigerpaw’s Total Care Assurance.
