Robobak Suite Now Integrates with Level Platforms Software
Robobak says administrators can now tie their remote monitoring and management tools into other software offerings, such as ConnectWise, Microsoft CRM, Autotask, and Tigerpaw.
Robobak makes cloud-centric, agentless data protection software designed for remote and branch offices. Now, its software can fully integrate with Level Platforms‘ remote monitoring and management software for MSPs.
By integrating the Robobak Suite with Managed Workplace, Level Platforms’ software solution, MSPs are now able to track backup and recovery status and notifications through the same unified interface they use to manage their other service offerings.

“Data protection across multiple locations is an absolute must for SMBs,” says Ryck Marciniak, Level Platforms’ director of vendor alliances. “The MSPs who serve them must be able to seamlessly integrate that functionality into their overall offerings.”
Marciniak says Robobak’s work within the MSP channel fits naturally with that of Level Platforms. “Robobak delivers greater value to our customers,” he says.
For Robobak’s part, the integration of its product with Level Platforms is seen as an expansion of a commitment to the company’s “community of user’s worldwide,” according to Robobak president and CEO Rob Roberts.
