AT&T Wants SMBs to Feel Its TelePresence
Communications service provider ramps up efforts to manage video conferencing via the Cisco platform.
Cisco honored AT&T with its 2009 Managed Services Partner of the Year award this summer in Boston after the communications provider inked a deal for TelePresence suites in 25 Marriot International locations. AT&T will manage the services for Marriot.
AT&T says its TelePresence managed services “combine the strengths of AT&T’s global networking capabilities with Cisco’s TelePresence technology.”
Cisco’s TelePresence service providers include AT&T as well as BT, Orange, NTT, Tata Communications, Telefonica, Telstra, and most recently Telmex.
