Solution providers can now offer remote IT management services based on synchronized features between the two companies.

Tigerpaw Software, Inc., of Bellevue, Neb., a developer of business automation and service management software, announced its managed services integration with the N-central network and systems management software from N-able Technologies. The integration combines Tigerpaw’s CRM/Ssrvice management software with the functionality of N-able’s IT monitoring platform designed for managed service providers (MSPs). The combination creates a system that enables MSPs to proactively address their customers’ needs, manage their time and materials, and generate MSP-specific invoices in a closed-loop billing system designed to speed up and simplify payment for services.

The N-able and Tigerpaw integration includes the synchronization of data flowing between N-able’s IT managed services software and Tigerpaw. N-able and Tigerpaw customers have the ability to send information automatically from N-central to Tigerpaw’s software, update ticket information, close notifications, and complete the ticketing cycle from only one system.

With MSP Agreement Billing in Tigerpaw MSPs can define the conditions and manage their MSP agreements–including what types of monitoring performed and at what price, as well as defining any fixed items such as unmonitored monthly backup. A wizard tool is available within the MSP Agreement Billing that provides a way to generate invoices for all agreements, with up to-the-minute asset information.
