Let me ask a question that I think millions of SMBs/SMEs/SOHO/ around the world would appreciate. If you're an SMB/SME/SOHO that does not utilize traditional office space, how many of you use Wi-Fi coffee shops? Why? I'm sure you've heard by now that a Comcast employee (now allegedly fired) changed the bill of one of it's customers first name to a**hole. Needless to say this is something that Comcast could have prevented, or could they? Employers depend on their employees to do the right thing. Sometimes mistakes do happen but this was NOT a mistake.
