ScanSource Announces Lineup for 2010 Solution Series

The distributor’s multi-city security education program has over a dozen training events planned, including four sponsored courses.

Channel distributor ScanSource Security has announced the dates for its 2010 Solution Series. The multi-city educational road show for security dealers and resellers has over a dozen different dates scheduled.

Solution Series is designed to help resellers hone IP video skills and provide networking and training opportunities for video surveillance solutions in general.

ScanSource Security vice president of sales Tony Sorrentino says the company’s Solution Series is a very helpful tool for resellers. For that reason, his company is expanding the training opportunity. “We are now offering more advanced courses to help our customers as their businesses progress and evolve,” he says, “just as the security industry continues to do.”

The Solution Series is sponsored by several of ScanSource Security’s industry-leading vendor partners, who will provide educational offerings unique to their product sets.
