Cloud distributor Pax8 has announced an integration with the Autotask cloud-based IT business management platform. The integration offers managed service providers (MSPs) the ability to seamlessly import company data, export products and services, and update contracts with accurate billing information from Autotask into the Pax8 Command Console. The announcement was made in conjunction with DattoCon18, taking place this week in Austin, Texas.
“Pax8 is committed to offering MSPs the best experience in the business, and we are delivering on that promise through our PSA integrations,” said Ryan Walsh, chief channel officer at Greenwood Village, Colo.-based Pax8, in a press statement. “As a value-add to our partner community, MSPs can manage all of their Autotask-specific customer information, data, and cloud business in one location—the Pax8 Command Console. Through the AutoTask integration, Pax8 is simplifying cloud buying for MSPs.”
The AutoTask integration includes the ability to:
- Import company data from Autotask
- Export products as services to Autotask
- Prevent unknown revenue loss by simplifying transactions in the billing platform
- Gain access to the OmniDash portal in the Command Console to manage the Autotask integration points
