LOGICnow Extends MAX Remote Management Mobile Capabilities with LOGICcards

LOGICnow, now a part of SolarWinds MSP and a provider of integrated cloud-based IT service management (ITSM) solutions, has announced the addition of LOGICcards to the MAX Remote Management (RM) mobile app, allowing managed service providers to receive actionable, data-driven insights into their customers’ IT environment on their iOS and Android mobile devices.

A key feature on the MAX Remote Management platform, LOGICcard is a notification system that provides real-time insights and prescriptive analytics based on collective intelligence and machine learning. With the solution on the MAX RM app, managed service providers can now view relevant customer insights on the move and on site. The cards are automatically filtered and users can snooze, dismiss, and assign cards directly from the app, with the ability to search across the content quickly to find specific information such as vital security alerts.

“LOGICcards delivers trends and insights to help detect and predict critical factors such as device failure, business opportunity and security threats. Since its launch last fall, users have benefited from more than 30,000 insights about the health of their managed assets, how they stack up against their peers, and intelligence about the latest threat landscape,” says Damian Trzebunia, director of product marketing at LOGICnow.
