Datto, a backup and disaster recovery provider, has teamed up with Autotask, a cloud-based IT management software provider, to create an integrated management system for MSPs, VARs, and IT service providers to manage Datto devices directly through the Autotask interface. The integration can be set up through the Datto Partner Portal free of charge.
Datto partners who also use Autotask will no longer need to leave the Autotask interface to manage their Datto devices. The integration will save valuable time for IT service providers who partner with both Datto and Autotask.
Highlights of the integration include:
- Full list of clients and their Datto devices displayed through the Autotask interface
- Hardware reports every 10 minutes
- Customizable alerts
- Create client tickets based on alerts
