Collabrance, a private-label service desk and network operations center provider, has introduced a trio of service packages for managed service providers.
“The IT Channel is constantly changing, and so are the needs of MSPs and their SMB customers,” explained Hannah Erb, director of sales at Collabrance, in prepared remarks. “Our new technology solutions are aligned to not only meet the needs our MSP partners to capture more opportunity in their local market, but the flexible offerings also are customer-centric to meet the IT needs of end-users.”
The new offerings come in three editions. The “NOC Services” package provides hardware health monitoring, anti-virus monitoring, and patch verification, among other offerings. The “NOC & Service Desk” edition adds help desk assistance, support for mobile devices, move/add/change tracking, and more. The “Complete MSP Offerings” bundle provides all of the above plus file and image backup and unified threat management functionality.
All three packages come with reporting tools as well as sales consulting, pre-sales support, and onboarding services.
