Equilibrium Consulting, a Myrtle Beach, S.C.-based management consulting firm that specializes in sales, marketing, and channel strategy for technology organizations, has released connectmyPSA, which enhances marketing connectivity between ConnectWise, Constant Contact, and MailChimp.
The connectmyPSA tool enables ConnectWise users to quickly implement:
- A form on a WordPress website to service boards and marketing campaigns in ConnectWise
- List management to tools such as Constant Contact and MailChimp (one or both simultaneous)
- Campaign linking from Constant Contact and MailChimp to a marketing campaign in ConnectWise
- Activity management in ConnectWise for campaigns launched from Constant Contact or MailChimp
connectmyPSA allows for the connection of these tools as a WordPress plug-in. A straightforward interface presents users with a few pull-down menus for selecting lists and campaigns on each tool to be synchronized and scheduled. Once this initial linkage is set, simply work in groups and campaign tools inside ConnectWise. Setup takes less than 15 minutes.
