GreatAmerica Financial Services Corporation has enhanced its integration with ConnectWise to allow customers to submit credit applications. The new feature seeks to improve front-end efficiency for ConnectWise users. It allows status tracking of submitted application and streamlines the sales process by enabling users to capture submissions via open ConnectWise opportunities and send those details to GreatAmerica for credit approval.
“Automation is critical to our customers,” says Lori Berry, director of vendor technology at GreatAmerica Financial. “Understanding their processes within ConnectWise give us the opportunity to make financing as simple as possible.”
Current integrations with ConnectWise allow IT solution providers to include miscellaneous charges from managed services contracts, such as equipment charges and service charges, on GreatAmerica’s †monthly invoice. GreatAmerica is also reporting customer delinquency through ConnectWise.
