JumpCloud Adds SYBER to Channel Partner Roster

SYBER will act as a bridge between JumpCloud and the final customer, offering a solution for identity management and device control.

Directory-as-a-Service (DaaS) company JumpCloud has announced its channel partnership with SYBER, a managed services organization focused on cloud apps and IT infrastructure, to provide its cloud-based directory services platform to end users. JumpCloud DaaS is designed to securely connect employees with systems, applications, and other resources through a single cloud-based directory, replacing the need for on premise solutions.

In addition to being a channel partner, SYBER is also a JumpCloud customer, utilizing DaaS in-house.

“A year ago, when JumpCloud started focusing on DaaS, they really caught our eye as a true value add for our customers wanting to manage identities in the cloud,” says Jack Crane, president, SYBER. “This partnership benefits our organization internally along with our customers.”

Through the partnership, SYBER is able to provide JumpCloud with feedback on how the end-customer is using the product and the needs for specific systems integration in an effort to fuel product improvements.
