Mountain View, Calif.-based Axcient Inc., a provider of data backup, business continuity, and disaster recovery services for managed service providers (MSPs) and their small and midsize business (SMB) customers, has released its new partner portal.
Redesigned and built on a more powerful platform, the portal provides qualified partners with what the company calls “best-in-class usability and functionality” to help them grow their businesses and reduce their cost of delivering service.
The new portal, which was designed with a more intuitive interface and search functionality, provides partners with one location for navigating sales and marketing tools and opening and tracking support cases. It offers access to sales tools, co-marketing kits, training materials such as videos, collateral, presentations, technical support, product information, D.A.S. requests, on-demand printing, a knowledge base, and “other features to help partners drive increased productivity and profitability,” says Justin Moore, CEO of Axcient.
With the new, more robust platform, Axcient plans to offer additional features for partners in the coming months.
