Through this expanded partnership of ShoreTel’s communications products and ScanSource Communications’ value-added services and support, resellers will be meet customer’s demands for IP and UC products.† ShoreTel’s product offering includes IP phone systems with built-in UC and integrated contact center capabilities.†
ShoreTel has also expanded its Champion Partner Program to a two-tiered program to allow resellers the option of working with distributors, including ScanSource.
