Longtime Marketing Experts form ‘Leadership Group’
Synergy Leadership Group’s managing partners share over 65 years in combined marketing and sales experience.
Announcing the formation of Synergy Leadership Group this July were Cheryl Dutton, Julie Hatlem, and Ralph Heath–all longtime marketing professionals in the channel.
The Synergy Leadership Group will partner with clients to create best-of-class strategic marketing plans, PowerPoint sales presentations, branding and creative campaigns. Synergy Leadership Group seeks to “elevate the strategic planning, positioning and presentation of their clients while guaranteeing improved company growth,” according to a statement from the group.
Synergy managing partner Ralph Heath, president of Ovation Marketing for 31 years, says the group will “guarantee improved sales to clients.” He adds, “We want to make certain we are focusing our efforts on the right things, and we want to make a difference to our clients’ bottom lines.”
Another managing partner, Julie Hatlem, says the group’s goal is “to help companies achieve a greater competitive advantage.” She says the company can assist organizations, “even those with limited resources,” to identify opportunities and implement “creative, marketable solutions.” Hatlem serves as the marketing director for the La Crosse Fitness Festival <>and formerly led Ovation Marketing for 14 years as its agency creative director.
For her own part, the third managing partner, Cheryl Dutton, says that creating a “unified approach” is the best way “to generate strategies and tactics that improve growth and profitability.” For over 20 years, Dutton gained experience in marketing and sales management in business and consumer industries.
In addition to implementing strategic marketing plans, Synergy will also work one-on-one with sales departments to improve such things as PowerPoint presentations and sales presentations. The company will be offering PowerPoint, leadership, branding and strategic marketing planning seminars in the months ahead as part of their vision to improve sales and marketing efforts at client companies.
