According to a 2020 Bureau of Labor Management report, sales ranks among the least diverse fields across all industries, with Black sales professionals representing just 11.2% of total employees. Moreover, a 2019 study from the Bureau of Labor Statistics found that women represent fewer than one-third of all B2B sales and one-quarter of all B2B tech sales roles, and hold just 12% of top sales jobs.
