CHICAGO, IL - Chicago-based MXOtech, a woman-owned, award-winning boutique IT firm, announced that James Webb, has joined the firm as Chief Operations Officer. In his new role, Webb will oversee all staff, processes, execution, and customer support of the company, incorporating his knack for building successful teams and finding the best path to propel his clients forward with technology.
“I am extremely excited to have James aboard MXO’s leadership team,” said Joanna Sobran, Founder and CEO of MXOtech. “He shares our customer service philosophy and company values that embody how and why we do what we do -- walking with purpose, assuming the best intentions, embracing a culture of family spirit, letting everyone feel our smiles, and sense of urgency. "I am excited to work for a technology company like MXOtech where commitment to quality is as important as our commitment to smiles," said Webb. “Within my first week, it was apparent that clients are more than just accounts, they’re like family. I hope to leverage my years of team building, world class customer service, and leadership to make a difference not only in the quality of service for our amazing clients, but also for our amazing in-house teams.”
