Avnet Expands Cloud Solutions Portfolio with CenturyLink Cloud

CenturyLink’s all-in-one cloud platform is now available to U.S. and Canada resellers through Avnet Cloud Solutions. By ChannelPro

Avnet Technology Solutions, an IT solutions distributor and an operating group of Avnet Inc., has expanded its cloud solutions portfolio with the addition of CenturyLink Cloud, CenturyLink’s public cloud platform.

“CenturyLink Cloud is an all-in-one cloud platform that delivers high-performance, secure, reliable, and scalable cloud solutions for all workloads. It complements Avnet’s approach to solving today’s business-to-business cloud computing challenges,” says Tim FitzGerald, vice president of Cloud Solutions, Avnet Technology Solutions, Americas.

The company stated that it will provide CenturyLink Cloud value-added reseller partners with a streamlined onboarding process and support in building recurring revenue streams. Partners can also become members of the CenturyLink Cloud Reseller Program, which provides technical resources, account provisioning support, and high-visibility monthly reports. In addition, Avnet’s partners will own customer billing and relationships and have the option to do so under their respective brands with the CenturyLink Cloud Reseller Program.

Through Avnet Cloud Solutions, partners will receive access to the Avnet Cloud Toolset (ACT) to help them manage, govern, consolidate, and track their customers’ cloud accounts across multiple cloud providers. ACT features cloud usage tracking and consumption-based invoicing for workloads running on CenturyLink Cloud coupled with subscription-based workloads.
