The new offering provides access to product and technical support staff, partner resources, and co-brandable marketing materials that third-party vendors can use to create and promote connections to Datto’s products more easily.

Offered in collaboration with BitPay, the new payment option seeks to give developers flexible and convenient new ways to complete financial transactions.

The new offerings, which include a mix of NOC, help desk, and other services, are designed to help MSPs grow their business while meeting the needs of their SMB customers, according to Director of Sales Hannah Erb (pictured).

Part of the vendor’s increasingly strategic device-as-a-service program, the new offering is part of a larger shift from transactional to contractual customer relationships highlighted today by CEO Dion Weisler (pictured) at HP’s Reinvent conference.
