Cyber resilience isn’t optional for MSPs anymore. It’s the business model. From email automation and identity consolidation to flexible hardware financing and contract-free backup, vendors are sharpening their offerings. The goal: helping MSPs secure clients more efficiently and more profitably.
At ChannelPro DEFEND: Orlando, held Feb. 17–18 in Altamonte Springs, FL, we spoke with several vendors on the show floor. They shared how their latest innovations reduce risk, simplify operations, and strengthen partner margins. Here’s what they’re bringing to the table.
Vircom
Email Security Automation at MSP Scale
Unique Value Proposition for MSPs: Vircom focuses on email security beyond basic protection, adding monitoring, automation, and remediation tools designed for MSP workflows. Many of these tools were originally developed for internal use and are now made available to partners at no additional cost. MSPs can also push changes across multiple tenants from a single portal, eliminating repetitive, client-by-client configuration work.
What’s Exciting: A major enterprise shift toward the MSP market is creating strong demand. Vircom is seizing that opportunity. The company is developing Office 365 remediation enhancements and an AI-driven prospecting tool that identifies lookalike domains and generates outreach talk tracks.
“We’re offering the MSPs all those same tools that we built ourselves. Lots of monitoring, lots of automation, lots of remediation tools.” — Nadav Shenkar, CEO, Vircom
Griffin-IT
Channel-only Hardware with MSP-friendly Terms
Unique Value Proposition for MSPs: Griffin-IT addresses a lesser-discussed resilience factor: capital risk. The company operates exclusively through the channel and offers immediate credit lines. This allows MSPs to deploy hardware before paying for it. It also backs refurbished equipment with a three-year warranty, a rare move in the market.
What’s Exciting: AI demand is driving up RAM pricing and tightening hardware budgets. This means refurbished gear is gaining traction. Griffin-IT is onboarding MSPs at a steady clip and expanding its footprint.
“One of our most unique value propositions is our net-90 term. We allow MSPs to use a credit line that we give them immediately. As soon as they get into our portal, they can take equipment, deploy it with their clients, and then come back to us later and pay for those devices.” — Matthew Dwyer, sales executive, Griffin-IT
Slide
Contract-free Backup Built for MSPs
Unique Value Proposition for MSPs: Slide provides a modern backup and business continuity/disaster recovery (BCDR) platform built specifically for MSPs. Its standout differentiator is its no-contracts model. The company aims to earn partner business daily rather than relying on long-term agreements.
What’s Exciting: One year after its launch, Slide has surpassed 600 MSP partners and is expanding its roadmap based directly on partner feedback.
“We have built a modern, purpose-built backup disaster, business continuity, disaster recovery solution for MSPs designed specifically with the MSP in mind. We have no contracts and no agreements. We want to earn your business every single day.” — Natasha Boyko, head of channel and community, Slide
KZero Passwordless

Danny Obaseki
Consolidating Identity for MSPs
Unique Value Proposition for MSPs: KZero Passwordless aims to reduce identity sprawl by delivering five identity and access management (IAM) capabilities in one platform. The suite includes passwordless authentication, single sign-on, next-gen MFA, offline security cards, and a biometric password manager.
What’s Exciting: Less than a year after launching its platform, the company is onboarding MSPs. It will create new features through partner feedback.
“We’ve developed an all-in-one authentication solution that leverages biometrics to log into an MSP or their client’s critical applications.” — Danny Obaseki, head of channel development, KZero Passwordless
CyberFOX

Mallory Gardocki
MSP-built Security with Prevention at the Core
Unique Value Proposition for MSPs: CyberFOX uses its MSP experience to inform its approach. The company delivers cybersecurity tools tailored to MSP workflows, emphasizing simplicity, affordability, and endpoint protection.
What’s Exciting: CyberFOX recently launched a DNS filtering solution designed to block threats before they reach client networks. The company is also expanding its team and event presence.
“What makes us so unique is the fact that we are actually built by an MSP owner. We believe in a simple and affordable approach to cybersecurity, but we also value you and your endpoints and clients being safe and secure as well.” — Mallory Gardocki, business development manager, CyberFOX
