Unify Unveils New Partner Program

New program accelerates development of partner capabilities, offers specialization opportunities, and expands partner access to Unify’s Unified Communications solutions.

Unify, a communications software and services firm, has unveiled its new channel partner program, which expands opportunities for partners with Unify’s Unified Communications (UC) solutions portfolio. Following the announcement of the acceleration of Unify’s transformation from a hardware to a software and services company, the Unify Partner Program rewards partners for expertise and specialization, helping to drive greater revenue streams, and increase customer satisfaction.

In order to expand the sales opportunity for partners and the potential for solution selling, Unify is making more of its UC portfolio available to the channel. This portfolio includes OpenScape Voice and OpenScape 4000 for enterprises and OpenScape Business for commercial, which has been scaled to accommodate more than 1,000 users.

Additionally, the company continues its shift to a multi-pronged sales approach, with coverage models including Unify sales-lead countries actively supported by partners, partner-led countries supported by Unify high-touch sales, and countries managed solely through distribution.

“Our channel partners are our lifeblood. We want to make it easy for them to quickly increase revenue, and expand their business with Unify as we look to develop long-term relationships with them,” says Jon Pritchard, executive vice president of worldwide channels at Unify. “Our new program provides a clear path for partners to increase their expertise and, hence, the value they bring to the customer. We’re committed to being the UC partner of choice by delivering a channel program that drives global consistency and an excellent experience for partners and customers alike.”
