Printer vendor OKI Data Americas has announced the general availability of its C831 Series of tabloid/A3 single function digital color printers.
The C831 Series, which includes the C831n and C831dn models, offers advanced print speeds a SMB-friendly price. The small footprint of the C831 Series printers also makes them appropriate for small offices.
Each C831 model delivers print-outs of speeds up to 35 pages per minute for color and monochrome letter-sized documents, and 20 pages per minute for tabloid sized documents. The C831 also provides high-definition color printing technology. The printers offer large paper capacities, each with two additional trays for a maximum of 1,460 sheets.
Each model includes a LCD display, menu system, and an alphanumeric keypad. The keypad enables quick retrieval of password-protected documents with secure print features that encrypt job data, store it on the optional SD Memory Card, and purge it when the job is printed.
The C831 Series is also compatible with OKI Print Job Accounting software for the tracking of output costs and to prohibit unauthorized printing.
The C831 Series is designed for easy black toner cartridge access. It also offers eco-conscious features, like deep sleep mode, auto power off, ENERGY STAR compliance, and toner save functions.
The C831 Series is backed by a one-year limited on-site warranty and five-year limited LED printhead warranty.
