The new onsite service for a year combines with the company’s standard three-year warranty for high quality technical support and peace of mind for the customer. Designed for virtualized and cloud computing environments, AssuredSAN line is certified for VMware vSphere, Citrix XenServer, and Microsoft Hyper-V environments.
Customers can activate their free first year of onsite support at http://www.dothill.com/registration. Customers also have the option of purchasing a discounted full three-year onsite service agreement within 30 days. The service model can be upgraded to four-hour response time and 24/7 coverage, depending on location.
The free year of on-site support is available to anyone who purchased a branded AssuredSAN product through a Dot Hill authorized reseller on or after January 1, 2012. For more information, visit http://www.dothill.com.
