Ingram Micro has partnered with Exacq Technologies, an IP video surveillance software and hardware provider. Under the North American agreement, Ingram Micro Physical Security will sell and support Exacq’s full line of security products, including the exacqVision family of VMS products.
The exacqVision family supports single-camera applications, as well as large distributed corporate or campus systems. Real-time and recorded video can be viewed, managed, and configured from any location on the network. The flexible system delivers remote functionality for IT management, with the capability for system administrators to set up multiple users with specific functionality.
The exacqVision VMS software is available on either factory-installed hybrid servers or IP camera servers. The hybrid system incorporates video from analog cameras, without the need for video encoders. Both servers use advanced IP network cameras.
The exacqVision client is available for Windows, Linux, and Mac OS, and the thin client runs on any standard Web browser. The free exacq Mobile app is also available for iPhone, iPad, and Android devices.
