VaultLogix Integrates with ConnectWise
The online backup and recovery solution now makes remote management and administration of data protection and recovery simpler by tying directly in with the ConnectWise OS.
Data backup and recovery innovator VaultLogix has completed integration with ConnectWise, the operating system designed for managed and IT service providers.
According to VaultLogix, the integration makes it easier for MSPs to manage their clients’ VaultLogix remote backup and restoration services. It also reduces the time it takes for MSPs to bill their online backup customers, the company says.
The integration has alerts and emails generated from remote monitoring platforms and VaultLogix Internet Vault Advantage flowing into ConnectWise PSA software, automatically creating service tickets that “make it simple for MSPs to manage.”
In addition, backup data usage and additional non-recurring and monthly recurring charges for the VaultLogix online backup service have been integrated into the ConnectWise business operating system, creating a seamless billing process for the MSP.
The integration has been tested and approved by both existing VaultLogix resellers and users of ConnectWise PSA software.
For ConnectWise’s part, the company’s CEO Arnie Bellini says VaultLogix leadership in online backup and recovery services will “be an asset to IT service companies as it reduces the overhead for designing offsite data protection for their customers.”
