Toshiba and Smart Choice Announce Interoperability
Strata CIX and SIP Trunking services can now be offered hand-in-hand from Toshiba dealers.
According to Smart Choice Communications, Smart Choice SIP Trunking services have been made available nationwide via authorized Toshiba America Information Systems 
dealers.
Toshiba struck a deal with Smart Choice, and the two companies announced interoperability of the Smart Choice SIP and Toshiba Strata CIX earlier this week.†
Smart Choice Communications vice president of product management Shahin Hatamian says the interoperability brings SIP Trunking capabilities to Strata CIX customers.
Smart Choice channel manager, communications, says those SIP Trunking services will prove quite valuable. “Combined with Toshiba’s reliable Strata CIX IP business telephone systems, Smart Choice SIP Trunking gives enterprises a cost-effective and reliable alternative to traditional land lines.”
