Agiloft Appoints Christian Thun as VP of Engineering and Product Management to Lead International Team

Industry veteran to accelerate company’s growth and advance product innovation, with plans to add artificial intelligence to product suite in 2019

Agiloft, a trusted provider of agile business process software, has announced the appointment of†Christian Thun†as the company’s new vice president of engineering and product management. In his role, Thun will lead Agiloft’s engineering and product teams to add new and innovative capabilities to the Agiloft no-code platform, including features with built-in artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms.

With nearly 20 years of high-tech experience, Thun’s background encompasses enterprise IT, cloud computing, and telecommunications in global markets. He will manage Agiloft’s product roadmap and international engineering team. Prior to joining Agiloft, Thun was a product development manager at T-Systems where he was responsible for developing and launching international enterprise IT and telecommunications products.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Christian to the Agiloft team,” said†Colin Earl, CEO of Agiloft. “His deep technical experience and strong process orientation will help us maximize the benefit to our customers of applications built on the Agiloft platform.”

Thun will lead an experienced Agiloft engineering team with a strong and unique culture, where the average developer tenure is more than six years.

“Agiloft is at a critical point in its growth where the pace of innovation can have a measurable impact on its success,” said Thun. “I am looking forward to working with our team of engineers to expedite our product roadmap to make Agiloft’s applications even more turnkey and effective for our customers in 2019.”
