Tigerpaw Software Inc., a developer of comprehensive business automation software for technology providers, has launched a new customer education portal that allows MSPs to track employees’ results and overall company progress toward meeting specified training objectives.
The Tigerpaw Learning Management System offers a library of online courses and quizzes, rewarding employees with a certification upon successful completion of a course, which in turn makes additional courses available to the employees and allows management to monitor employees’ progress.
“Investing in training is not a one-time event. Learning needs to be a habit because there is a shortage in IT skills and talent in the market. Initial courses available through the Learning Management System include Build Your Tigerpaw Environment, Tigerpaw Basics, and Managing Accounts and Contacts. Subsequent courses available after receiving a certification include topics such as: Navigating Your Sales Cycle in Tigerpaw, Inventory Control, Integrating Tigerpaw with QuickBooks, and Automating Communications.
The Learning Management System also includes a calendar of scheduled live training events, a library of training resources, and a user forum to share your experiences and get answers from other Tigerpaw users.
