Technology author, blogger, and managed services business consultant, Karl Palachuk, has released a four-volume book set providing the I.T. community with an ultimate manual for running a small technology company.
The “Managed Services Operations Manual” covers: Front Office Mastery, Employees and Internal Processes, Running your Service Department, and Support and Service Delivery.
The four-volume book set project started late last year as a crowdfunding project through Indiegogo. The fundraising campaign received enough support to allow Palachuk to write, edit, and publish all four books in one publication.
Palachuk has been writing and self-publishing for 10 years and says, “Crowdfunding has been a successful avenue to break away from just selling books to my audience. It allows an audience to engage with you and be a part of the production process.”
The concept behind the book series is rooted in Palachuk’s S.O.P. Friday’s series, which is designed to help MSPs and I.T. consultants reach their customers with solid business models and experienced advice on the latest I.T. offerings in cloud services, service migrations, remote managed options, and more.
