This transformation of IT continues† with the explosion of connected mobile devices and the Internet of Things, each consuming services and generating massive amounts of varied data. Fisher described Intel’s strategy to provide building blocks and collaborate with Oracle to provide enterprise-class solutions, including certified Oracle Big Data Connectors with Intel Distribution for Apache Hadoop.
