Software developer QuorumSoft, maker of deduplicated archival solutions for virtualized environments, has expanded its Alike MSP Advantage program. 
Managed services providers (MSPs) and cloud hosting partners are now able to offer new deliver backup and disaster recovery services.
Alike MSP Advantage features two primary deployment options:
- MSP Data Protect — Subscription-based backup and disaster recovery services for data.
- Cloud Host Protect — Backup and disaster recovery services for single-site or multi-site private clouds.
“MSP Advantage was designed with a simple objective in mind: create a subscription-based backup and disaster recovery offering to help service providers protect their customers,” says Quorum founder and CEO Phil Baskette. “Today’s enhancements allow service providers to stay at the forefront of the emerging DRaaS opportunity.”
Other features of MSP Advantage include Citrix XenServer integration, deduplicating technology, competitive pricing, and streamlined installation and operation.
