ihiji, a cloud-based remote monitoring provider, is in private beta with a next generation platform for Network Management-as-a-Service (NMaaS) for VARs and IT service providers. Based on the same architecture as ihiji invision, the company’s RMM product, the network management solution offers new management capabilities.
Each location requires a low-cost network appliance, with a simple initial setup. Once deployed, the ihiji appliance communicates system health and status data to the IT service provider in real-time through the portal. Ideal for VARs who service SMBs or organizations with a large number of remote branch locations, ihiji’s vendor agnostic NMaaS offering can be used in tandem with traditional RMM software for installations with more robust management.
