Grandstream Announces Low-Cost HD IP Phone ††

Grandstream Networks has a new entry-level desktop SIP telephone for the channel. The GXP1450 offers SMBs voice communications, LCD XML customization, automated provisioning, personal Web productivity applications, and advanced security protection.
The GXP1450 joins Grandstream Networks‘ portfolio of HD SIP phones, which includes the GXP2100, GXP2110, and GXP2120, but it does so with a low-priced cost of $99.
“We are very pleased to announce the new GXP1450, which rounds up our release of new enterprise HD IP phone portfolio in 2010,” announced Grandstream CEO David Li this week. “From the 2-line entry-level phone to 6-line executive phones, Grandstream offers a far-reaching array of desktop HD IP telephone options for SMBs that lead to enhanced productivity and unrivaled ROI.”
The GXP1450 is interoperable with most third-party SIP devices and SIP/NGN/IMS platforms. It features two lines, with two SIP accounts, a 180×60 backlit graphical display with four-level grayscale, three XML programmable soft keys, dual network ports with integrated PoE, and three-way conference.
The SIP phone can be automatically provisioned using TR-069 or encrypted configuration file over HTTPS for mass deployment in service provider or large enterprise networks.
The GXP1450 comes standard with HD wideband audio, full duplex hands-free speakerphone, multiple languages, large 2000-item phone book and call history records, strong security protection based on TLS/SRTP/HTTPS/AES, and various personal productivity.
