Kaseya Puts Low-Cost, Recurring Tasks in Its Crosshairs
Management developer says its Master IT Service Edition is “robust framework for managed service delivery.”
Kaseya’s Master IT Service Edition rolled out last week, and the new on-premises MITSE product promises “a robust framework for managed service delivery.”
MITSE is part of the latest iteration of Kaseya products, which the company is 
calling Kaseya 2. It automates recurring IT tasks, and it includes a wide range of services at a low cost.†
According to Kaseya, MITSE is ideal for service providers “managing any number of seats” with a single interface across clients’ networks.
Analyst firm AMI Partners says the North American SMB managed services market is expected to grow over 3.3 times during the next five years.
“As businesses have steadily increased their reliance on IT over the last several years, they have also been challenged in managing their growing IT infrastructures and ensuring their high availability,” says AMI Partners senior vice president of IT infrastructure Anil Miglani. “The current economic challenges are forcing businesses to look for more cost-effective ways to manage their IT.
