Kaseya Puts Low-Cost, Recurring Tasks in Its Crosshairs

Management developer says its Master IT Service Edition is “robust framework for managed service delivery.”

Kaseya’s Master IT Service Edition rolled out last week, and the new on-premises MITSE product promises “a robust framework for managed service delivery.”

MITSE is part of the latest iteration of Kaseya products, which the company is Kaseya Puts Low-Cost, Recurring Tasks in Its Crosshairscalling Kaseya 2. It automates recurring IT tasks, and it includes a wide range of services at a low cost.†

According to Kaseya, MITSE is ideal for service providers “managing any number of seats” with a single interface across clients’ networks.

Analyst firm AMI Partners says the North American SMB managed services market is expected to grow over 3.3 times during the next five years.

“As businesses have steadily increased their reliance on IT over the last several years, they have also been challenged in managing their growing IT infrastructures and ensuring their high availability,” says AMI Partners senior vice president of IT infrastructure Anil Miglani. “The current economic challenges are forcing businesses to look for more cost-effective ways to manage their IT. Managed services offered by 3rd parties provide 24/7 availability of critical IT infrastructure, without increasing the need for internal IT staff.”

Kaseya MITSE benefits from the Kaseya 2 re-engineered framework and its latest applications. Providing IT service delivery through an integrated, on-premises automation solution, Kaseya MITSE aims to increase productivity, improve service levels, maximize staff utilization, and expand service capabilities while reducing cost.
