Impartner Launches New Version of Partner Relationship Management Platform

SaaS Partner Relationship Management (PRM) platform vendor Impartner has unveiled a new interface for its Impartner PRM solution, providing actionable, “X-ray” level insights into how a company’s channel program is performing.

According to the company, the new interface is included in the company’s Fall ‘16 software release, which features several new enhancements that are focused on driving partner engagement and accelerating revenue. Highlights of the new software include:

  •  In-depth visibility into channel performance – Provides a deep view into channel analytics displayed in a streamlined interface that converts raw data into insights.
  • More robust mobile-friendly notification framework – Alerts partners about new leads, deal registration approvals, and more across any platform or device.
  • Timed workflows to keep partners engaged based on the actions they take and don’t take - The new functionality in Impartner’s Channel Flow Workflow engine enables channel teams to trigger events on milestones that are hit as well as milestones that are missed.  For example, if more than a week goes by without the new partner logging in, companies can send them a reminder email, or if more than 4 hours has passed since a lead was sent to a partner, it can be retired and passed on to the next partner in line.
