PITTSBURGH — January 25, 2022 — MSP360, a provider of simple and reliable backup and IT management solutions for managed services providers (MSPs) and IT departments worldwide, has released MSP360 Managed Backup 5.7. The new product release supports Amazon S3 Glacier Instant Retrieval, an archive storage class that delivers the lowest-cost storage for rarely accessed workloads. This additional feature enables MSPs and IT professionals to retrieve and access data immediately and save on storage costs. 

Users who had to buy the system along with the vendor’s Dark Web ID service before can now purchase BullPhish ID separately at a price that makes using it as a sales tool more affordable. The product has new reporting and customization features too.

The vendor’s SKOUT Managed XDR service now draws on functionality and telemetry from Barracuda Email Protection and SentinelOne’s EDR solution, which in turn now integrates with Barracuda RMM.

A program of Goodwill Industries of East Texas, the academy offers hands-on MSP training plus myriad skills and certification courses to help participants overcome barriers to employment.

Priced to fit within SMB budgets, the new service lets scientists, engineers, and others buy on-premises HPC hardware on a pay-per-use basis.
